I have all the same criteria for the ideal coffee shop, with the additions of good lighting (for sketching) and a comfy temperature (so many seem drafty and too cold). For most of my adult life, I have longed to find such a venue to serve as my "third place" (even though I don't work anymore, so technically, all I need is a second place). Yet with all the many, many coffee shops Seattle has and is known for (most very good), I have yet to find my ideal third place. Sigh...maybe I'm just too picky.
